Counter-Terrorism Medicine Europe (CTM-E) functions as a specialized think tank dedicated to shaping robust medical security policies across Europe in response to the threat of terrorism. By convening leading experts in medicine, public health, security, and policy, CTM-E analyzes emerging threats, evaluates existing medical response frameworks, and develops evidence-based recommendations for governments, healthcare organizations, and international bodies. Our work encompasses a wide range of areas, including mass casualty management, CBRN preparedness, psychological support, and the integration of technological advancements. Ultimately, CTM-E strives to enhance Europe's resilience and ensure effective medical responses that minimize harm and save lives in the face of terror-related incidents.
